The property designated for a possible eviction: what to know

Designating a property the tenant could move into if they had to leave the rented flat is one of the defining features of the occasional lease — the element that most radically simplifies recovery of the property.
Premises that cannot serve as the designated property:
- a garage or parking space
- a cellar or storage unit
- utility and technical rooms
- any premises not intended for permanent human occupation
It is worth verifying the designated address before signing: this is the element that decides whether the whole construction works when it is actually needed.
